US

URGENT NOTE: With increased American imposed duties, we are temporarily suspending shipments to the USA. 

• Due to extreme duties and tariffs implemented on Canada, we are currently suspending shipping orders to the US. We don't know how long this will last, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Why? 

• Many small businesses rely on the de minimis rule to export inexpensive items (e.g., <$800) easily and without additional charges. With its removal, even typical small parcels now incur significant duties or processing fees. If your product isn’t CUSMA-eligible, it could face the full 35% tariff on top, greatly increasing the cost base.

• Shipments will now require a formal customs entry, meaning more paperwork, classification, and possibly a customs broker. This adds both time and administrative costs. Even if items qualify under CUSMA, it still demands compliance documentation and classifying the goods accurately.

As a small family run business, we simply can't absorb any surprise incurred fees, duties and tariffs. Until things settle down, this is our plan of action. 

International 

• Shipping fees will be calculated at the checkout
• We are only offering tracked International Shipping at this point as there has been a lot of misrouted mail and we want to ensure your order gets to you. 

How long will my order take?

Other than specially marked items, you should receive your package within 10 days, often sooner. Orders are shipped through Canada Post or UPS depending on your areas availability.

Please note that it could take up to 14 days to receive your package (but it will always be worth the wait!) 

Special Requests

If you have a special shipping request or need something shipped express, please include a note with your order and we will try to accommodate using the least expensive express method available.

Returns and Exchanges

As our store is closing, there will be no returns or exchanges as noted during checkout. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Sorry for the inconvenience.
