All U.S. shipments will be sent through the postal system. Please note that it could take up to 14 days to receive your package and US customers can face duty charges upon delivery.
How long will my order take?
Other than specially marked items, you should receive your package within 10 days, often sooner. We will send it either regular post or door-to-door Greyhound in Western Canada, or whichever company can provide the most economical method of shipping.

If you have a special shipping request or need something shipped express, please include a note with your order and we will try to accommodate using the least expensive express method available.
We want you to love what you ordered, but if it's really the wrong size, colour or just not what you thought it was going to be, we'll do our best make it work for you.
We understand that you don't have the ability to try on our garments online in the same way our in-store customers do, so we're always happy to accept online returns for ANY reason provided the item is returned unworn, in perfect condition, with proof of purchase, and with tags attached. For returns, free shipping does not apply. However, we only charge a flat rate of $8 shipping for exchanges. Sorry, we don't allow returns or exchanges on discounted, sale or clearance items, underwear, makeup or any skin or body care product.
We offer a 14-day full money back guarantee on all regular priced items (minus any shipping charges that apply to your adjusted order total). All items returned must be in saleable condition will all tags attached.
If you decide you don't want something within 15 days, we offer you an exchange or credit within the store or from our site. It will cost you an additional $10 to have your replacement item shipped to you. However, if you get an exchange, and order another package that qualifies for reduced or free shipping, we will ship your exchange item in the same package, and ship it all for free or reduced shipping.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on underwear, makeup or body products, for obvious reasons. No returns or exchanges on discounted or sale items (they can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY). All items returned must be in saleable condition will all tags attached.
We try to ensure that doesn’t happen as it is always our intention to get you your products in good order, but accidents do happen. In the interests of reducing waste, if we can fix your product easily and for a reasonable cost, we'll pay for that and avoid extra shipping back and forth. Please email us a picture of the damage, and we can discuss the options.
Not fixable? We will replace it, send you a refund, or give you a credit. And if it's our error, we'll also pay the shipping to get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
We charge the following shipping charges on orders to remote locations: (please refer to chart below to determine if you are in an area deemed remote).
Remote locations are locations that Canada Post calls Air Stage Locations, places where mail must be airlifted for more than six (6) months of the year.
There may also be additional shipping charges on orders depending on the size and bulk of the order. We will be sure to contact customers before any such charge is added, and we only do this very rarely. We are currently unable to accept returns from remote locations.
