WHILE WE WAIT OUT THE CANADA POST STRIKE, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO FULFILL ORDERS IN A TIMELY MANNER. IF YOU HAVE A REGULAR POST BOX (NOT A UNIT #) WE WILL MOST LIKELY BE ABLE TO USE UPS FOR YOUR ORDER. THERE ARE A FEW EXCEPTIONS WHERE UPS DOES NOT DELIVER IN YOUR AREA. OBVIOUSLY XPRESSPOST WILL NOT EXACTLY BE EXPRESS, SO THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES ON THAT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

USA ORDERS WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH CANADA POST AND THE USPS. WE WILL PACK THEM UP AND SEND TO THE POST OFFICE AND THEY WILL GO OUT AS SOON AS THINGS CLEAR UP. WE'RE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND HOPE THINGS ARE RESOLVED ASAP.

Canada

  • FREE - orders over $125
  • Flat rate expedited on orders under $125 with Canada Post or UPS depending on your areas availability.
  • Xpresspost available with calculated rates on all orders through Canada Post.
  • Local Pick Up available to Chilliwack and surrounding area 

    US (excluding Hawaii)

    • FREE - orders over $150
    • Flat $18 rate on orders under $150
    • Tracked Packet and Xpresspost available with calculated rates on all orders

      All U.S. shipments will be sent through the postal system. Please note US customers can face duty charges upon delivery.

      International 

      • Shipping fees will be calculated at the checkout
      • We are only offering tracked International Shipping at this point as there has been a lot of misrouted mail and we want to ensure your order gets to you. 

      How long will my order take?

      Other than specially marked items, you should receive your package within 10 days, often sooner. Orders are shipped through Canada Post or UPS depending on your areas availability.

      Please note that it could take up to 14 days to receive your package (but it will always be worth the wait!) 

      Special Requests

      If you have a special shipping request or need something shipped express, please include a note with your order and we will try to accommodate using the least expensive express method available.

      Returns and Exchanges

      We want you to love what you ordered, but if it's really the wrong size, colour or just not what you thought it was going to be, we'll do our best make it work for you.

      We understand that you don't have the ability to try on our garments online in the same way our in-store customers do, so we're always happy to accept online returns for ANY reason provided the item is returned unworn, in perfect condition, with proof of purchase, and with tags attached. For returns, free shipping does not apply. However, we only charge a flat rate of $10 shipping for exchanges. Sorry, we don't allow returns or exchanges on underwear, face masks, makeup or any skin or body care product. All Clearance items are FINAL SALE. Returns WITHOUT a receipt will be honoured but with a store credit only for last ticketed price. Returns WITH a receipt will be refund at full value as paid. 

      Any returns coming from the USA must be confirmed with us before shipping. Please ensure that it is declared as a RETURN with $0 value, or it will be refused upon delivery at our store. We are not responsible for duties owing on returns. 

      14 Day Money Back

      We offer a 14-day full money back guarantee on all regular priced items (minus any shipping charges that apply to your adjusted order total). All items returned must be in saleable condition will all tags attached.

      Jeepers Creepers, you received damaged goods

      We try to ensure that doesn’t happen as it is always our intention to get you your products in good order, but accidents do happen. In the interests of reducing waste, if we can fix your product easily and for a reasonable cost, we'll pay for that and avoid extra shipping back and forth. Please email us a picture of the damage, and we can discuss the options.

      Not fixable? We will replace it, send you a refund, or give you a credit. And if it's our error, we'll also pay the shipping to get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
